    user key, one-time login key, access token, refresh token

  • Subscription and purchase verification information

    product ID, original transaction ID, subscription status, expiration date, signed transaction info

  • Session and service operation information

    session ID, session label, connection time, last active time, IP address, basic security and operational logs

  • Support information

    email address and message content if you contact us

2. How we use information

We use collected information only to:

  • authenticate users
  • verify and restore subscriptions
  • enable remote session access
  • enforce subscription-based session limits
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, and respond to service issues
  • respond to support requests

3. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with applicable legal obligations. Information is deleted when no longer needed.

4. Third-party services and international transfer

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising purposes.

We may use the following service providers as necessary to operate the service:

  • Apple

    in-app purchases, subscription restoration, and subscription verification

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS, us-east-1, United States)

    hosting and data storage

  • Cloudflare

    STUN/TURN connectivity for WebRTC session establishment

These providers process information only as necessary to provide the service.

5. Tracking and advertising

shellin does not use personal information for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or data broker sharing.
